MEET OUR TEAM

Joce is a 3x Olympian (ice hockey)  and is training for 2026. 

 She has used her CrossFit training to better herself as an athlete for the past 10 years and she is excited to share  her knowledge and experience with you!  When she is not playing hockey, training for hockey, or in the gym Joce likes to read, cook and play games.  

Education + Certifications: BS - University of Minnesota-Duluth, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, FMS, Precision Nutrition 

Accolades: 2010 Olympic Gold Medalist, 2014 Olympic Silver Medalist, 8x member of Canadian National Women's hockey team, 2018 CWHL Clarkson Cup Champion, 2x National Champion with University of Minnesota-Duluth 

Awards: Manitoba Indigenous Female Athlete of the decade, 2018 Tom Longboat female award recipient, TSN Hockey's All-Time Women's Team Canada

Amy is a student of Osteopathy and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Kvell team. 

Amy has applied the skills and strength that she has built through CrossFit to her athletic endeavours including hockey, rugby and ultimate frisbee.

Becca enjoys competing in OCR races and fitness competitions and her CrossFit training has helped her prepare for both. 

When she isn't at the gym Becca enjoys cuddling her dogs, drinking coffee and bike rides.
